Senior Asset Manager
This is a key role in a new asset management team working in a multi-disciplinary environment utilising both in-house and external resources. You will report to a Principal Asset Manager concerned mainly with option appraisal and the design and delivery of an exciting and challenging portfolio of new build projects.
You will have a Quantity surveying background and strong experience in the education Sector. You will possess the skills to manage the cost and value management role within the service option appraisal of new-build projects and major programmes, and to drive an agenda for modernising procurement in all contruction related activities
